Description:

CAGE is looking to support the launch of a dedicated advocacy project. Its purpose will be to systematically document and seek accountability for the widespread repression taking place in Bangladesh in the name of ‘combating terrorism’. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in Bangla, has a good appreciation of Bangladeshi culture and has a passion for seeking justice for survivors of abuse. They will also have an understanding of Bangladesh’s Islamic and political landscape. They will develop this project and generate awareness primarily amongst Bangladeshi communities in the UK.
