Project Description

Civil Sanctions covers a range of actions and power that the government has taken as part of ‘counter-terrorism’ and the War on Terror.

These include Bank account closures, Charity investigations, Citizenship Deprivation, TPIMs, Deportation, Passport Removal and formerly Control Orders.

Our casework has included:

  • Citizenship deprivation: 14
  • Passport removal: 12 
  • Temporary exclusion order: 3
