THE MAM TOR GREAT RIDGE HIKE
Event Details
Ascend Mam Tor, the iconic mountain of the Peak District National Park. Traversing the undulating spine of the Great Ridge through Hollins Cross, Back Tor, and Lose Hill, this circular trek starting from the historic village of Castleton offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Derbyshire valleys and the Kinder Plateau. It’s a rare opportunity to reconnect with nature, build brotherhood and community bonds, and raise vital funds for CAGE International.
This is a rewarding, beginner-friendly to moderate challenge open to mixed fitness levels. Whether you are an experienced walker or taking on your first charity trek, our lead team will ensure a safe, organised, and memorable day on the trail for everyone involved. With the hopes of leaving with a better understanding of the work of CAGE and why this work is crucial for our communities.
